Potocnik, William (25 April 1915 - 7 July 2005)

HOLWAY - William Potocnik, 90, a lifelong resident of the town of Holway in Taylor County, died July 7, 2005, at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Maurina Funeral Home in Owen. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Medford.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday, both at the funeral home.

He was born April 25, 1915, on the home farm in the town of Holway to Joseph and Anna (Koprivnikar) Potocnik. A single man, Bill farmed on the family dairy farm all is life, retiring in 1983, and continued to reside on the farm.

He is survived by his brother, Edward (Berniece) Potocnik, Withee, and many nieces and nephews.
