Quelle, Laverne R. (1 Jul 1930 - 11 Jan 1931)

Laverne Roy Quelle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Quelle was born July 1st, 1930 and died Sunday morning at 10:30 o’clock, arriving at the age of only six months and ten days.

The baby was taken ill suddenly Friday afternoon. Saturday morning he was hurried to the hospital in Chippewa Falls where, after an operation was performed, God took him to Hiss eternal home. The parents mourn deeply the loss of their loved one. The funeral service was conducted Tuesday afternoon by Pastor Theo. Laesch. Words of comfort were based on the text Jeremiah 31:3, "I have loved thee with an everlasting love, therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee." The body was laid to rest in the Thorp Cemetery.
