Scheel, Catherine Anna (28 Feb 1920 - 27 October 1981)
OWEN -- Mrs. Lawrence (Catherine Anna) Scheel, 61, of Rockwall, Texas, died of
an apparent heart attack Tuesday at her home.
Services will be Saturday at United Church of Christ, the Rev. Margaret Shepherd
officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Withee. Visitations will be
at Maurina Funeral Home.
She and Lawrence Scheel were married in August 1940 in Owen. They lived in Zion,
Illinois until 1960 when they located in Erie, Pennsylvania. In 1978 they moved
to Rockwall.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Larry and Jack Scheel, both of Garland,
Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Looker, Rockwall, Texas; a brother, William E.
Hingess, Waukesha; two sisters, Dorothy Scheel, Erie, Pennsylvania and Mrs. John
(Helen) Carrol, Eau Claire; and five grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, a daughter and a brother.
