Sonnemann, Lester (3 Aug. 1915 - 20 Feb. 1972)

COLBY, WIS. - Lester William Sonnman, 56, of Colby, Wisconsin, died of an apparent heart attack early Sunday morning at his home in the town of Hull.

Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Methodist Church here with the Rev. Bervie A. Scott, pastor, officiating. Burial will be made in the Colby Memory Cemetery.

Visitations May be made at the Lulloff Funeral Home beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Sonnmenn was born Aug. 3, 1915, in the town of Hull, Marathon County, and attended Colby schools. He as married in Colby, May 11, 1962, to Faith Hardrath, who survives him. He had resided on a farm his entire life.

Other survivors are six children; Lorie, Mary, Tina, Sarah, Lesa, and Lester Sonnemann Jr., all at home; four stepchildren, Delbert, Steve, Corrine and Dorrine Hardrath, all at home; a sister, Mrs. Carl (Stella) Oman, Waukesha and a brother, Arnold Sonnemann, Bondsville, Mass.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

*Dorrine is also spelled Doreen in Leland Hardrath’s obituary.
