COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 10/16/1930 Moczarny, Angeline
(8 OCT 1930) On Wednesday
morning, Oct. 8th, 1930, in the presence of relatives and friends,
Miss Angeline Moczarny, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. St. Moczarny of
this village (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Elmer Johnson, were
united in marriage at St. Hedwig’s Church, Rev. F. A. Kulig
officiating. Attending the
bridal pair were Mr. James Wolf and Miss Stella Moczarny, Miss Edna
Balcer, Mr. John Potcoski and Miss Marie Koblarczyk. The bride wore
a gown of white satin and lace and carried a bouquet of tulips and
white roses. The maids wore blue, orchid and pale green gowns and
carried bouquets of roses. A reception was
largely attended by friends and relatives at the home of the
bride’s parents followed the ceremony, a dance at the Thorp
Opera House being given in the evening. The young couple
will make their home in Thorp, the groom being employed at the R.
E. Schmidt Bakery.
