Laabs, Ulricke E. (25 NOV 1843 - 23 Feb 1889)

Mrs. Ulricke Eliza, wife of Herman Laabs, died at her home at Green Grove, Clark Co., Wis., Feb. 23, 1889. She was born at Polchow, Prussia, Nov. 25, 1843, and came with her husband to Clark Co. in 1876. Besides her husband she leaves eight sons, none of whom have reached their majority, to mourn her death. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Fr. Otto, Feb 26th, and was the first public service to take place in the new Lutheran Church at Green Grove.
