PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 10/31/1889 Schultz, Nora (27
OCT 1889) Married, at the
residence of the bride’s parents, on Sunday evening, the
27th, inst., by Rev. Jos. Fiehler, Mr. W. H. Patten of Danville,
Dodge Co., and Miss Nora Schultz of Colby, Clark Co., Wis. Mr. Patten is one
of the prominent and well to do young farmers of Dodge Co. and
stands high in the estimation of his many acquaintances in that
section. Miss Schultz is
the second daughter of our townsman, John Schultz, and is a most
estimable young lady. Notwithstanding Miss Nora has passed the most
of her time, the last three or four years, with relatives in Dodge
Co., she has, nevertheless, a great many friends in this place, all
of whom join the Phonograph in best wishes for their future
happiness and prosperity. The young couple left on the morning
train for Richwood, where they were to attend the wedding of Mr.
Patten’s brother.
