Married, at the residence of the officiating clergyman, Rev. C. D. Scott, Sunday, April 27th, 1890, Math. Kaudy, Jr. of this place (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), and Bertha Badtke of Frankfort.
The above was a very quiet and private affair, in fact so quiet and private that the most intimate friends of the couple knew nothing about it until yesterday. That was no way for Matt and Bertha to do as their friends would have been pleased to have given them their congratulations. It is not too late now to extend them congratulations and the Phonograph does so most heartily.
