STENULSON, JANICE M. (21 April 1940 - 13 Aug. 2005)
Janice M Stenulson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, age 65, of Neillsville, went home to be with her Lord August 13, 2005, after her deep faith carried her through her long battle with cancer.
Janice was born April 21, 1940, in Neillsville to Alvin and Ethel (Durst) Schutte. She was united in marriage to Rolland Stenulson Jan. 2, 1957, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran in Neillsville. She received her education at St. John’s Lutheran School and Neillsville High School.
Janice was employed at Daimler Chrysler Corporation in Belvidere, IL, from 1967 through 1997. She enjoyed doll collecting, Elvis, her flower garden, traveling, caring for her grandchildren and family gatherings. She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Neillsville for the past seven years, and a former member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Beloit for 28 years.
Janice is survived by her husband Rolland; three sons, Richard, and Gene (Becky Crowley) of Granton and Cliff (Candy) of Beloit; two daughters, Jacqueline (Kenneth) White of Footville and Virginia (Les) Hullah, of Shopiere; 13 grandchildren and five step-grandchildren; three brothers, Don (Evelyn) Schutte of Neillsville; Marvin (Marie) Schutte of Withee and Darryl (Nancy) Schutte of Beloit; two sisters, Dianne Buettner of Neillsville and Joanne (Ray Kittell) St. John of Wisconsin Rapids.
Preceding Janice in death are her parents, one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Wed. Augl 17, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville with Rev. Timothy Biebert officiating. Visitation will be Wed. from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Buchanan Funeral Home of Neillsville assisted the family with arrangements.
