DEMERT, BUCK (1935? - 29 July 2005)

Buck DeMert, age 69, of Neillsville, died at his home on Friday, July 29, 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth of Neillsville; his children, Cindy (Randall) Butts, and Jeffrey L (Sue Peters) DeMert, of Neillsville; Kay (Mark) Schwellenbach, of LaCrosse; Debbie (Jim) Spiegel, of Neillsville; and Kevin (Kelly) DeMert, of Orchard Park, NY; by his adopted children, Joe (Debbie) Holman, of Neillsville, Robert (Janie) Holman, of Marshfield; Kathie (Dick) Solberg, of Eau Claire; and Brenda (Roger) Langreck, of Neillsville; three sisters, Katie Holquin, of Texas; Ellie (Jack) Jacobs, of Illinois; and Karen Koepp, of Wisconsin; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding Buck in death were his parents; an adopted son, Danny Holman; and adopted granddaughter, Kattie Langreck.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for a legacy stone at The Highground.
