CURTISS, WIS. - Adam Skutak, 76, of route 1, Curtiss, died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday in Stanley.
Services have been set for 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Curtiss with the Rev. Lester Kringle, pastor, officiating. Burial will be made in Pine Hill cemetery, Curtiss.
Visitations May be made at the Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home, Owen, beginning 3 p.m. Saturday.
Mr. Skutak was born in Poland July 2, 1897, and was married June 12, 1924, at Owen to the former Emma Reigel, who survives him. He attended the Thorp Grade School and lived at Owen until 1929.
He then moved to a farm in the town of Hoard, where he continued to reside after his retirement from farming in 1966.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, John, Santa Maria, Calif., James, Stockton, Calif., and William, Mosinee; two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Mary Ann) Weideman and Mrs. Daniel (Beverly) Erickson, both of Curtiss; and 11 grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were a brother and a sister.
