Blanchard, Myrtle I. (Mar 1894 - 16 NOV 1894)
Died, at the home of its parents in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Friday, Nov. 16th, 1894, of tonsillitis, Myrtle Iron, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Blanchard, aged about eight months.
The little one was never rugged, having from birth been troubled more or less with throat difficulty, and, notwithstanding the grim destroyer did not come unexpected, the loss was nonetheless severely felt by the bereaved parents, who have the full sympathy of the entire community.
The funeral occurred at the M. E. Church on Sunday, conducted by Rev. C. H. Towne, and the remains laid at rest in Colby Cemetery.
