PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 07/07/1892 Hildebrandt,
Amelia (1 Jul 1892) Married, at
Ashland, Wis., on Friday, July 1st, 1892, by Rev. H. Ristan, Mr.
Adam Kuentz of Colby, Clark Co., Wis., and Miss Amelia Hildebrandt
of Calvary, Fond du Lac, Wis. At the opening of
this year, the Phonograph mentioned, as one of the best matrimonial
possibilities in this city or vicinity, Adam Kuentz and we have
felt certain that, before the close of the year, some fair damsel
would lead Adam to the altar of connubial bliss. We are well
pleased to see our predictions verified. Adam Kuentz is too
well known to our people to need any extended encomiums from us. He
is a man that it would be safe to tie to at any time. The lady he
has chosen to travel life’s journey beside him, of course we
are unacquainted with, but the fact that Adam is satisfied should
cause some satisfaction to all. The happy couple
arrive here Saturday evening, and have gone to keeping house in the
elegant rooms fitted up over the store. The Phonograph extends to
Adam and his fair bride its very best wishes for their future
happiness and prosperity.
