KUNKEL FUNERAL IS CONDUCTED SUNDAY
Rites for Seif Township Woman Held at Globe
Neillsville--Funeral services for Mrs. Herman Kunkel, 67, of the Town of Seif, who died at her farm home Friday, were conducted Sunday afternoon from the Globe Lutheran Church. The Rev Adolph Schumann officiated, and burial was made in the Globe cemetery.
Mrs, Kunkel was born Alwine Sell in Germany on Sept. 11, 1873, and was married there in the same church she was baptised and confirmed in to Herman Kunkel on April 6, 1904.
In 1909 she came with her husband and family to the United States, residing at Neshkoro for six years before coming to the Town of Seif in 1915.
Surviving are her husband, a son, Otto Kunkel, at home, a daughter, Mrs. William (Emma) North, Milwaukee, one grandchild and a nephew. Also surviving are a brother and two sisters in Germany.
Pallbearers were Hugo Klauer, Paul Klauer, Lebrecht Kaslow, C. W. Kaslow, Robert Schlinkert and Edwin Klueckmann.
