Lulloff, Elizabeth "Liz" (18 June 1923 - 29 Aug. 1994)

Elizabeth Lulloff, 71, Owen, died on Aug. 29, 1994, at St. Joseph’s Hospital Hospice Care Center in Marshfield.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m., at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North Green Grove, with the Rev. DuWayne Schneider officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Sept. 1, at the Maurina Funeral Home in Owen, after 4 p.m.

Liz Otrin was born on June 18, 1923, in Farmington, Ill., to Frank and Johanna (Tercek) Otrin. At the age of 3 years her parents moved to the Town of Green Grove to farm. She was a 1941 graduate of Owen High School.

On Aug. 30, 1941, she was united in marriage to Fredrick Lulloff at St. Bernard’s Church in Abbotsford. After her marriage she and her husband farmed in the Town of Green Grove. She was employed at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen from 1958 until retiring in 1986 as the dietary supervisor.

She was a member of the Huddle Homemakers of Green Grove, education chairperson of the Housing, Energy and Environmental Committee of the Clark County Homemakers. She also was a member of the Hospital Institution Educational Food Service Society (HIEFSS). She was an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and served as secretary of the church council.

Mrs. Lulloff enjoyed life, especially her family. She was an avid bird watcher, enjoyed gardening, quilting, dancing and fishing. She was always in attendance at the Owen-Withee athletic events and band concerts supporting her grandchildren in the activities.

Survivors include her husband Fredrick of Owen; two sons, Dennis (Diane) Lulloff of Owen and Allan Lulloff of McFarland; two brothers, Albert (Norma) Otrin of Adin, Calif., and Fred Otrin of Neillsville; two sisters, Julia Otrin of Eau Claire and Annie (Walter) Olszewski of Jupiter, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Frank and Bill Otrin.
