Krejci, Eva (28 JUL 1894 - 15 Jul 1916)

Eva, wife of Jos. Krejci, Jr., died Saturday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Vincent, in the town of York, Clark County, aged nearly 22 years.

She was born at Whitewater, Wis. on July 28, 1894, and came to Clark County with her parents about 15 years ago. Last December she was married to Joseph Krejci, Jr., and they began housekeeping with the fairest of prospects.

A few months ago it was discovered that the dread disease, cancer, had take a hold upon her system, and she underwent an operation at the Marshfield Hospital. Later she was taken to the home of her parents, where she could be cared for, but neither medical skill of the best nursing could save her life.

The deepest sympathy is felt for the young husband and the bereaved parents.

The funeral was held Tuesday, Rev. G.W. Longenecker officiating.
