County Republican & Press (Neillsville, Wis.) 11/12/1914 Christianson,
Blanche (Marriage - 5 NOV 1914) Mr. Henry Miller
and Miss Blanche Christianson, both of Pine Valley, Clark County,
were married at the German Lutheran Church, Nov. 5, 1914, Rev. H.
Brandt officiating. They were attended by the bride’s
brother, Mr. Albert Christianson, and the groom’s sister,
Miss Elsie Miller. In the evening a reception was held at the home
of the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Miller, which was
attended by a large number of their friends. The groom is one of
the most industrious and prosperous young farmers of this
neighborhood. He came here a few years ago from Hillsboro with his
parents and by his good habits and industry has won the respects of
all who know him. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Christianson. She is a bright,
capable young lady, well qualified to do her part in making and
maintaining a good home. They will begin housekeeping in their new
home built this summer on the groom’s farm south of the city,
known as "Stronghurst". We offer our best
wishes for their prosperity and happiness.
