Northup, Jessie (Marriage - 15 Mar 1916)

Mr. Wm. Plummer and Miss Jessie Northup were quietly married Wednesday March 15, 1916, at the Presbyterian Manse, Rev. S.B. Pinney officiating. A home wedding had been planned but the illness of the bride’s grandmother necessitated a change. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Northup of the town of York, Clark County, Wis. and is a most estimable young lady.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Plummer of Neillsville, and is a young man of industry and good habits. For several years the bridegroom and bride have been "first assistants" at the County Farm, where their services are considered almost indispensable. For the present they will remain there, much to the satisfaction of Mr. and Mrs. M.C. Redmond, who have grown to look upon them almost as member of their own family and who speak in highest terms of their assistance.

We join in wishing the young couple much prosperity and happiness.
