JOHN JULY.
Born in Outagamie county, Wisconsin, John July lived there until twenty-four years of age, when he commenced rafting on the Wisconsin river. 1872 he started a liquor store at Ft. Howard, Wisconsin, where he was in business for eight years. 1880 he came to Clark County and to the village of Colby, where he has since resided. He is a member of the firm of July & Wolf. He has accumulated quite a large property during his residence in this county.
