FEB 1875 - 8 JUN 1917) Mrs. Adolph Wessel
died at her home in the town of Mead, Clark County, Wis., Friday
morning, June 8, 1917, the cause of her death being due to a
paralytic stroke. Anna Auerbach was
born Feb. 25, 1875, at Chemnitz, Germany. On Aug. 13, 1898, she was
united in marriage to Mr. Adolph Wessel, the marriage taking place
at Greenwood. Nine children were born to this union, of which three
died in infancy. Deceased was a
kind and loving wife and mother, and will be a great loss to the
bereaved family. She leaves to
mourn her loss, her husband and the following children, Ella,
Walter, Albert, Lydia, Adolph and Theodore, all at home, also one
sister, Mrs. Ernest Weichelt of Marshfield. The funeral was
held Tuesday afternoon from Salem Church at the Braun Settlement,
Rev. Hall officiating. Those who attended
the funeral from out of town were, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Weichelt of
Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wessel of Elkhart Lake, and Mrs. Wm.
Tohl and daughter of Sheboygan Falls. The bereaved
family has the sympathy of their many friends.
