Johnson Aberg was born May 15, 1898 at Greenwood, Clark County.
When she reach school age she attended public school and afterwards
entered high school, graduating with the class of 1917. After
finishing her school life at Greenwood she went to North Dakota,
where she taught two terms of school. She then returned to
Greenwood, where she taught one term of school and afterward was
employed in a store here. On Nov. 1, 1922,
she was united in marriage to J. Clarence Aberg. For two years
after their marriage they lived on their farm about 6 miles north
of Greenwood. Then they moved to Greenwood, where they lived for
about a year. In the spring of 1926 they left for Fowler, Col.,
where they resided until last August, leaving then for El Paso,
Texas, where she passed away on Jan. 19, 1929, at the age of 30
years, 7 months and 19 days. She leaves to
mourn her loss, her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ole J.
Johnson, one sister, Mrs. John Johnson, four brothers, Oscar of
Corinth, N.D. and Arthur, Elmer and Leo of Greenwood, besides a
host of relatives and friends
