(13 Augl 1880 - 16 OCT 1934) Orta Belle Greeley
was born Aug. 13, 1880 in Ellsworth, Wis., where on July 13, 1910,
she was united in marriage to Dr. R.E. McIntyre. She passed to her
reward on the evening of Oct. 16, 1934. She leaves to
mourn her death, her husband, Dr. R.E. McIntyre, and daughter,
Avis, also one brother, Milton Greeley, one sister, Mrs. Hazel
Dammon, and father, Albert Greeley, all of Ellsworth, besides a
host of friends. Funeral services
were held from the local M.E. Church Saturday afternoon at 2:30,
Rev. Glenn Shanks and Rev. E.G. Pfeiffer officiating. The body was
laid to rest in the Greenwood Cemetery. The floral tributes were
beautiful and so numerous that they were difficult to arrange about
the casket. The pallbearers were P.W. Gullord, Dr. A.J. Currie,
W.G. Hartson, C.J. Carter, Dr. K.W. Baker and F.A. Oelig. Friends of this
community (Greenwood, Clark County, Wis.) join in giving their
heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and with others sorrow at
the passing of this good woman. Relatives and
friends from away who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Dammon, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Greeley, Mrs. Reid and son Ted and Mrs.
Neil LaGrander of Ellsworth; Mrs. Jake Ludwig, Mr. William McIntyre
and Mrs. Glenn Cuthbert of River Falls; Mrs. Cad Goldsmith of
Beldenville; Mr. and Mrs. F.G. MacLachlan of Augusta; Dr. and Mrs.
K.W. Baker of Owen; Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Parr of Whitehall; F.A. Oelig
of Fairchild and Mrs. Datz of Chicago.
