Carlson, Hans (1877 - 11 JUN 1920)
Hans Carlson, who formerly lived here (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.), was killed while working in a factory in New York City last Friday. It is not known just how it happened. Mr. Carlson was 42 years of age and was born in Norway, coming to this country when a small boy. He worked in the furniture factory here and was married to Miss Callie Johnson, later they moved to Chicago.
His remains arrived here Tuesday, accompanied by his wife and son, Paul. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Peter Johnson home. Rev. G W. Longenecker officiated.
Besides his wife and son he leaves his aged mother, two brothers and two sisters.
