He was born at Iron Ridge, Wis., Oct. 19, 1859 and came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Visgar, to Clark County, Wis. when he was about 14 years old. He was married to Miss Mary Gergen in Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., April 26th, 1882. She survives him. He leaves also two daughters, Mrs. George H.
