Case, Emma (Marriage - 21 OCT 1920)
Mr. Paul Bartell and Miss Emma Case were married at the bride’s home in Oshkosh, Oct. 21, 1920. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Bartell of this city (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.). He grew up here, secured a good business education, and for several years he has held a responsible position in the First National Bank, interrupted for a time by his service in the army. He is a young man of clean character and good habits and has many friends.
The bride is somewhat a stranger here, but on occasional visits has met a number of Neillsville people who speak most highly of her.
The young couple is expected home today and they will begin housekeeping soon in the groom’s house in the Second Ward. We wish them joy.

I am researching the Fitch and Honeywell families some of my line having settled in Clark County. I have noticed a pattern of use of CASE in their names, i.e. Healy CASE Fitch, CASE Honeywell, etc. Do these surnames sound familiar to you? Any help appreciated.
