County Republican & Press (Neillsville, Wis.) 02/17/1921 Mazone, Ida
(Marriage - 9 Feb 1921) Mr. Geo. F. Dorsch
of Janesville and Ida Mazone of this city (Neillsville, Clark
County, Wis.), were quietly married at the bride’s home on
Grant Ave. at 7 o’clock Wednesday evening Feb. 9, 1921, Rev.
Brandt officiating. Miss Eda Wieting acted as bridesmaid and Erwin
Carl as groomsman. The bride wore a pretty white dress and carried
a large bouquet of pink and white carnations and the bridesmaid
wore a pretty blue dress with corsage bouquet of pink and white
carnations. Only close
relatives and friends were in attendance. At eight o’clock a
fine supper was served to all. Thursday night the
ladies on Grand Ave. joined in giving them a fine "shower". The bride has
lived here nearly all her life and is a lady who is much respected
by all who know her. She is deserving of real happiness. The groom is a man
of good education and has an excellent position in the Samson
Tractor Works. At present he is out on a vacation. They plan soon
to move to Janesville to make their home. We join heartily with all
their many friends in wishing them joy and success in life.
