County Republican & Press (Neillsville, Wis.) 03/31/1921 Ullery, Fern
(Marriage - 20 Mar 1921) Mr. Frank Crocker
and Miss Alice Fern Ullery were married at South Bend, Ind., March
20, 1921. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Crocker of
this city (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.), and is well known, not
only to the people here, but also to many all over the state of
Wisconsin. After graduating from the University he filled several
responsible positions, at one time being a tax expert for the State
Tax Commission. During the war he was called to Washington and
given a responsible position with the Government. Recently he has
been with the Curtis Publishing Co. in New York City. He is a man
of great business ability and high character. The bride has been
in Social Settlement work in Philadelphia, and we May well believe,
is a lady of fine type. Mr. Crocker has
resigned his position in New York and he and his bride are expected
here on a visit next week. They expect to make their home in
Chicago.
