(Marriage - 4 May 1921) Mr. and Mrs. L.B.
Ring of Chicago announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Avis
Ring, to William L. Ninabuck of that city, on May 4, 1921. The
wedding took place at 5310 Dorchester Ave., Chicago, where the
young people will be at home after returning from their honeymoon
in the south. The ceremony was performed by Edward Scribner Ames,
PHD of Chicago University and pastor of the Christian Church, Hyde
Park. Mr. Ninabuck, whose home town is Columbus, Wis., holds the
position of chief advertising writer of the International Harvester
Co., and is a graduate of the Wisconsin University, class of 1911.
The bride, who was born and grew to womanhood in Neillsville, Clark
County, Wis., is a graduate of our high school and of the Wisconsin
University, class of 1913. Since graduation she has been engaged in
social work and employment management, having held the position of
employment manager for the Harvester Co. for the past two years.
She is a young lady of culture and efficiency, having added to her
home school and University education a broad experience in the
school of life that developed in her a strong, sympathetic and
lovely character. We cannot but congratulate the groom, and to both
we offer our sincere good wishes.
