(Marriage - 16 Augl 1921) Mr. Herbert M.
Knipfel and Miss Neste Densmoor were married Tuesday afternoon,
Aug. 16, 1921, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Densmoor, at Markesan, Wis., Rev. E.B. Schleuter
officiating. There were about 60 guests present, most of whom were
relatives and close friends of the bride and groom. From
Neillsville, those in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Rush and
son Robert, and Miss Mary Corson. The groom has a
very wife acquaintance in Clark County, Wis. He taught Agriculture
in Greenwood schools, later having charge of the same work in
Neillsville schools, until he was elected County Agent of Clark
County. In all this work, he has proven himself a most competent
and energetic man and done splendid service for the agricultural
interests of this county. The bride is a
graduate of Milwaukee Downer College and the State University, and
has taught Language in Neillsville High School for the past two
years. She is a young lady of culture and refinement and has won
the high regard of people here by her conscientious work in school
and her fine social qualities. Mr. and Mrs. Knipfel will return to
Neillsville after an auto trip and will be at home after Sept. 1,
at rooms in the H.E. Grow residence.
