County Republican & Press (Neillsville, Wis.) 11/10/1921 Prange, Hildegarde
(Marriage - 30 OCT 1921) The Edward Prange
home was the scene of a very pretty October wedding when on Sunday,
Oct. 30, 1921 their daughter, Hildegarde, was united in the holy
bonds of matrimony to Mr. Lloyd Spry, Rev. Mallory performing the
ceremony at 7:30 o’clock that evening. The bride was attired
in a handsome traveling suit of brown and was attended by the
groom’s sister, Miss Norma. The groom’s attendant was
his brother, Phelps. A bounteous wedding supper was served to some
fifty guests, after which the newlyweds took the midnight train for
Kenosha and Sheboygan, on a week’s honeymoon trip. These estimable
young people need no introduction hereabouts. The bride, through
her position in the Jahr & Hemp and Wm. Mitchell stores, made
friends throughout the whole country side, while the groom, one of
Granton, Clark County, Wisconsin’s successful young business
men for some years past in the automobile business, and just now
with his father purchasing and taking over the Farmers Cooperative
Elevator business. Mr. and Mrs. Spry have rented and will take up
residence next week in rooms above the vacated printing office.
