Luther, Eldora M. (2 Apr 1921 - OCT 2002)
DANCY - Eldora M. Luther, 81, of Merrill, died Monday at Pine Crest Nursing Home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Dancy. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood Clark County, Wis.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Waid Funeral Home, Merrill, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.
Eldora was born April 2, 1921, in Greenwood, the daughter of William and Emma (Goeke) Kuester. She was married to Douglas F. Luther on Aug. 3, 1942, in Kingsville, Texas. He died March 11, 1973.
She had been a teacher and bookkeeper and volunteered for the Red Cross.
Surviving her are a daughter, Sandra Morrell of Mosinee; a son, James (Patricia) Luther of Holmen; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Loretta Kuester of Greenwood; and a brother, Leon (Fern) Kuester of Greenwood.
