Slowatyniec, 85, of Withee, Clark County, Wis., formerly of Neenah,
passed away Oct. 10, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield
following complications from surgery. Funeral services
were held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Kessler Funeral Home with Rev.
David J. Koch officiating. Burial was in St. Margaret Cemetery. Visitation was
from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home. She was born May
13, 1917, in Ironwood, Mich., to Louis and Mary (nee Semo) Dudra.
Mary was married to Mike Slowatyniec and he preceded her in death
Feb. 22, 1952. She was employed at Theda Clark Medical Center in
Neenah for 18 years prior to her retirement June 18, 1982. Survivors include
three sons, Theodore (Joyce) Slowatyniec of Neenah, Malin
Slowatyniec of Thorp and Nick (Carol) Slowatyniec of Buffalo City;
13 grandchildren; three brothers, Joe Dudra, Bernard and Tony
Novobielski; and two sisters, Rose (Jack) Rosenberger and Josephine
(Richard) Cox. In addition to her
husband she was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Reuth on
Aug. 31, 1983; a son, Thomas Slowatyniec on Feb. 23, 2001; five
brothers, Louie, Steve, John and Mike Dudra and Andy Novobielski;
and a sister, Ann Kiwatek.
