Portz, Frederick R. (19 Mar 1940 - 18 OCT 2002)
PHOENIX - Frederick Roy Portz, 62, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Oct. 18, 2002, at his home in Phoenix, from complications of cancer.
A graveside service will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at Yolo Cemetery in Chili (Clark County, Wis.) Frederick was born March 19, 1940, in Chili, Wis. He had worked as a sheet metal worker in the refrigeration business.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jean (Kohls) Portz; two sons, Kevin Portz and Jason Portz; four daughters, Linda Berkholtz, Melanie Herbers, Kathy Bottensek and Amy Bischoff; and a brother, Darrel Gene Portz of Florida.
