In 1946 Harold and Ruth (Snyder) bought it from his father.
They are the parents of three married children, Stevyn, Granton; LeOra Bezlyk of Chili, and Karen Wegner of Appleton. Harold's siters are Lillian (Mrs. Walter Zahnow) of Neillsville, and Alma (Mrs. Vere Snyder) of Eugene, Oregon. Harold's grandparents came from Germany by ship.
