Walk, Rudolph (FEB 1900 - 23 Dec 1916)
Rudolph, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Walk, died at their home in Bay City, Mich., last Saturday, Dec. 23, 1916. Rudolph would have been seventeen years old had he lived till February, and was a fine manly boy. Last fall he had typhoid fever, and had apparently recovered, and was able to be around again. A rheumatic attack left his heart in bad condition, and this was believed to be the cause of his death. His remains were brought here (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) Tuesday for burial, his father, mother and sister Doris accompanying. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Rev. H. Brandt officiating. The deepest sympathy is felt for the bereaved family by this entire community.
