Conlin, Guy (JAN 1889 - 13 Jan 1918)

Guy Conlin died at the hospital in Minneapolis Sunday, Jan. 13, 1918, of pneumonia, aged 18 years, 11 months and ?6 days. He was born in the town of Grant, Clark County, Wis. and spent all his short life in and near Neillsville. The last four years he has been in Minneapolis. His death came after only a few days sickness. Guy was a generous, whole souled boy and a friend many here will mourn his deaths. His mother, Mrs. Olive Conlin, lives at Shortville. He leaves three sisters: Mrs. A. Matheson and ? Flint, Neillsville, Cleo living at home with her mother; two brothers, Marion in Ohio and Earl at Pittsburgh, Pa.

His remains were sent to Neillsville Tuesday, and Wednesday the funeral was held from J.B. Lowe’s undertaking rooms.
