Winton, C. T. ((1858? - 17 May 1918)
C. T. Winton, who lived east of Columbia, Clark County, Wis., died at his home May 17th, 1918, aged 59 years. He was born at Waukesha, Wis. and grew to manhood there. On May 13, 1893 he was married there to Miss Celia Youmans, who survives him. For a number of years they have lived in Clark County. Besides his wife he leaves three daughters: Mrs. Kopps and Mrs. Winter, of Columbia, and Mrs. Paenenbecker, of Merrillan; he leaves also a brother Fred in Los Angeles, Cal., and a sister at Red Cloud, Neb. The funeral took place Monday at the home, Rev. L.B. Colman officiating. Mr. Winton was an honest, upright man, a hard worker, and well thought of by everybody.
