Mrs. Charles Rondeau and Miss Katie Schmidt were quietly married Sunday, Aug. 13, 1916, by Rev. G.W. Longenecker at his home in this city. The bride was born in Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. and has lived all her life here and everybody wishes her happiness. The groom is a barber with a position at Chippewa Falls, where he will continue to work. For a time the bride will remain with her grandmother, Mrs. Rossman, where she has made her home for years, until they make arrangements for housekeeping.
