Neverman, Alice M. (Marriage - 18 Oct 1916)
Mr. Arthur F. Flynn and Miss Alice M. Neverman were married at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Mary Neverman, Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1916, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, Rev. G.W. Longenecker officiating. The bride's brother, Fred Neverman, acted as groomsman and Miss Helen Crocker as bridesmaid.
The groom is the son of the late James Flynn and spent his boyhood days here (Neillsville Clark County, Wis.). He is now foreman of locomotive repair work in the railroad shops at Sioux Falls, S.D. He is a young man of excellent character and efficient in his work.
The bride has lived here all her life and is loved and respected by everyone. In addition to her work in the school she took a business course and became most efficient in that line, holding good positions. Her ability as a musician and her willingness to work made her in many ways helpful in church and social affairs and a favorite with al who knew her.
After a bountiful wedding breakfast, served to about thirty guests, the young couple took the 11:30 train for St. Paul. Later they will be at home at Sioux Falls, We join in wishing them the success and happiness they so well merit.
