Mr. John Bast, of this city (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.), and Miss Pearl Mattson of Blair, were married at the Catholic Church in Neillsville, Oct. 17, 1917. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Ben Frantz.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Bast, of this city, and is a young man of intelligence and enterprise. He is in the restaurant business here, being one of the proprietors of the "Dew Drop Inn."
