Lynch, Verna M. (Marriage - 1 Jun 1918)
Mr. Richard L. Salter of Colby and Miss Verna M. Lynch of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., were married at Marshfield Jun 1, 1918.
The bride was born and brought up in Neillsville, being the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Lynch. After finishing her general education she took a thorough training in music and became a skilled pianist and violinist. For a time she taught music here, but recently has been doing orchestra work in Marshfield.
The groom is the son of the late Judge R. B. Salter of Colby. He is a young man of high character and fine education. Since graduating from the State University he has been assistant cashier in the Colby State Bank, besides looking after his own property interests and the estate of his father. The young couple will be at home after July 1st in Colby.
