Phipps, Edna (MAY 1898 - 10 Jan 1919)
Miss Edna Phipps aged 20 years and 8 months, died at the home of her father, Arthur Phipps, in the town of York, Jan. 10, 1919. Her death was due to influenza. A short time ago her mother died of the same disease leaving Edna, the oldest daughter, in care of the younger children. Mr. Phipps, who has had the influenza also, is still in poor health. Deceased was a young lady of fine qualities and her death is a great loss.
The remains were taken to Glenbeulah, the former home of the family, for burial.
