COUNTY REPUBLICAN & PRESS (Neillsville, Wis.) 12/11/1919 Winters, Gladys
(Marriage - 26 Nov 1919) Mr. Irving Stevens
and Miss Gladys Winters were quietly married Nov. 26, 1919 at the
M. E. Parsonage, Rev. L. B. Colman officiating. The young couple
immediately took the train for Evansville for a visit with
relatives. The groom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. H. Stevens of Shortville, Clark County,
Wis. He is a young man of excellent habits, a good worker, and well
liked by everyone. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Winters. She is a young lady of
intelligence, bright, efficient in her work and well qualified as a
homemaker. Both of these young people have lived all their lives at
Shortville and have the hearty good will of everybody who knows
them. At present the groom is working on the farm and the bride is
assisting her father in the store, which they will continue for a
time. Later they plan to make their home on a farm. We wish them
the success they so well deserve. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
