Mertes, Leda (Marriage - 29 Dec 1919)

Mr. Irl Page of Glidden, Wis. and Miss Leda Mertes of this city (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.), were married at Marshfield Dec. 29, 1919, Rev. Thom of the Lutheran Church officiating. The groom is the son of W. W. Page and is a first rate young man, and well liked by all who know him.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mertes and has lived most of her life in Neillsville. For some time past she had a position in the Zimmerman Store and was generally a favorite among the people whom she met. After a visit with friends about the state the young couple will make their home at Glidden, where the groom has a good position.
