COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 07/23/1886 Schultz, Eva (? -
14 Jul 1886) The friends of
Mrs. Dodds of our village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.), will be
pained to learn of the sudden and unexpected death of her daughter,
Mrs. Eva Schultz, residing at Omaha, Neb., which occurred on
Wednesday July 14, 1886. Mrs. Dodds received a telegram on Monday
morning the 12th inst., stating that her daughter was very sick and
as soon as possible took her journey to Omaha, and arrived only a
few hours previous to her death. Mrs. Schultz gave sweet evidence
of her acceptance by her divine Savior and in her last hours sang
sweetly of His love seeking to lead those around her dying bed to
look to Him for grace that they might meet her in the bright,
sorrowless world above. She leaves a husband and mother to mourn
her loss. Mrs. Dodds should
receive indeed the sympathy of all, as this is the fifth time she
has been called to loved child in the grave. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
