Laurent, Louisa (Marriage - 20 Apr 1887)
Fred Busche and Miss Louisa Laurent of this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis., were married at Boyd on Wednesday of last week and returned to this place on Friday. About nine o'clock the same evening about twenty-five of the boys and young men rendered some very fine selections with such instruments as could be readily found, in front of Fred's butcher shop, to which he readily responded in the way of cigars and refreshments.
