Durkee, Sophronia (1807 - 17 Dec 1889)
Mrs. Sophronia Durkee, who has been residing here with her daughter, Mrs. J. S. Sanders, for several years, died on Tuesday last, aged eighty-two years. She leaves several grandchildren and a large circle of friends to mourn her death. The funeral took place from the M. E. Church (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) on Thursday, a large concourse of people following the remains to the grave.
