Courter, Ethel (1877? - 12 Jul 1891)

Ethel, daughter of George Courter, died of consumption at the residence of Mrs. J. Alger, on Monday morning, aged fourteen years. The funeral occurred from the Baptist Church on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. T. P. Dudley officiating. She had been a sufferer from the disease for several years and since her mother's death about two years ago her health has been very poor. About three months ago she was removed to the residence of Mrs. Alger and constantly cared for by the W. R. Corps, of this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.), who attended the funeral as a body.
