Ziehr, John P. (1879? - 21 Feb 1897)

John P. Ziehr, who was injured while at work at the Cirkle Mfg. Co. Factory about three weeks ago, died as a result of his injuries on Sunday afternoon last. He was born near St. Cloud, Wis., and came here with his parents nearly nine years ago. His age was about 17 years. Besides his parents he leaves to mourn him five brothers, August of Plum City, Wis., John, Peter, Joseph and Rheinhart of this village (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mrs. B. Klinzing of St. Cloud, Mrs. F. David and Mrs. A. Brunner of this place. The funeral will take place today from the Catholic Church, Rev. A. J. Capellen officiating.
