Francis, Fanny (Marriage - 28 Augl 1901)

The marriage of Miss Fanny Francis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Francis, and Mr. Edward F. Wollenberg of Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis., was fixed to occur at the M. E. Church in this village (Thorp, Clark Co.) on Wednesday evening Aug. 28, but the Courier goes to press too early to properly describe the event. Suffice it to say that Miss Francis is one of our most popular young ladies, having resided her all her life and successfully taught in one of the departments of the village school the past few years. Mr. Wollenberg is one of the substantial businessmen of Greenwood and all join in wishing the couple a bright and happy future.
